My Sweet Husband!

Last night I was very exhausted. All day Ahmad wanted attention, if I put him down he would cry as if something was trying to hurt him. It broke my heart, so I would pick him back up. I also tried to manage to get all my necessary house work done at the same time and towards the end of the day, cook supper. Even though Ahmad sleeps all night now, that night I hadn't slept well. So last night, when my husband came home, we ate supper and I collapsed on the couch while Jasim played with the baby. I just laid there watching then and didn't even realize that I had fell asleep until Jasim woke me up to go to bed at 1 in the morning. I said I would go as soon as I tidy the house up- wash the dishes, put away the extra food, etc. But when I walked in the kitchen it was clean. I was kind of confused at first because I was still half asleep. I then realized that Jasim cleaned the kitchen! I then went to put the babies heart monitor on him when I saw Jasim had done that and put the baby to bed! Really, I have the best husband in the world!

  6. How considerate - My husband would do that too - but you would probably never find any of his male family doing it - I am lucky!

Yes we are very blessed! I took a look at your blog, I LOVE IT! I really enjoy doing things with my hands. I sew my own abayas and crotchet blankets, but really want to start doing more. You may have just been that little nudge I've needed. :) I want to try to make my own Arabic Couches, you know the ones that sit close to the floor. But this will take a lot of thought and time. :)
